Reflexology

A deeply relaxing, stress relieving and naturally balancing treatment, which focuses on specialised massage techniques applied to reflex points across the feet, with particular attention paid to blocked and congested areas, helping to rebalance and relax the body.

Hot Stones Reflexology

Hot stones reflexology uses warm stones to relax the body at it's deepest level, reducing tension and calming the senses.

​

The feet are gently exfoliated to smooth and soften the feet with warm stones placed between the toes. The neck and shoulder area are then treated with a hot stones massage, the volcanic stones are then placed beneath the shoulder blades whilst the lower legs and feet are are worked with smaller heated stones in the traditional reflex areas. Treatment ends with a shiatsu foot massage.
